DELIVERY INFORMATION
Karpasa London is pleased to offer complimentary 2-3-day UK delivery on all orders.

UK customers may elect to upgrade their order to 1-2-day DPD express shipping for an additional fee. To guarantee next day delivery, please place your order before 12pm.
International 3-8 day deliveries are charged at £30.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Karpasa London cannot accept liability.
Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 24-business hours. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. Please note that 1 and 2-day shipments will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

RETURNS POLICY
We make exceptional products and stand behind their quality. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt.
The product, used and unused, needs to be returned, and should arrive to us under 30 days of receipt, with all the original packaging.

Please note only 1 used item (includes 1 full set) under the 30 night trial is refundable. If several sets are bought under 1 order and all are used we can only make a refund for 1, we can only refund the Full amount if the rest of the items are unused.
Please state in the email what you are returning and the reason for your return. Your feedback will help us improve our products in the future.
We usually send our couriers to pick up return parcels from the nominated address or pick up shop. But if you choose to return the item yourself we strongly advise you to use trackable shipping service as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Once we receive the item we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if you are eligible for refund. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once your parcel has been received by our team, it can take up to 5-7 working days to fulfill your request.
We will be happy to make a refund if the product is returned correctly. Your refund will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.
We cannot offer refunds if you have exceeded the 30-day receipt policy. Returns items can only be made strictly within the 30-day period.
